We have considerable experience in managing properties that are let out on a short-to-mid-term basis and can offer consultations to owners hoping to let properties as holiday lets.

Each consultation begins with a meeting with the owners at the property, where we gather information and discuss the owner’s intentions.

We then prepare a written summary of our suggestions and guidance, which is then sent via email. A short while after sending along the guide, we’ll follow up with a short telephone conversation, taking care of any follow-up questions or queries.

Prices for this service start at £150 and are dependant on property size and location.
